Doorway Pull Up Bar

Key Features

• 🦺 HOLDS UP TO 880 LB, NO WOBBLE: Four locking pads grip your door frame instead of the usual two, and the steel tube is a thick 3mm. The bar stays steady while you pull, and a small built-in bubble level lets you check it's straight before you trust it with your weight.
• 🔧 NO SCREWS, NO DRILLING: It wedges into a normal doorway in about a minute on wide rubber pads, so you won't leave holes or marks. It comes back out just as fast. If you rent or live in a dorm, this is the one that won't get you in trouble with the landlord.
• ✅ A FULL KIT IN THE BOX: You get the bar plus five resistance bands (X-light up to X-heavy), two wrist wraps, and a bag to pack it all in. Can't do a pull-up yet? Loop a band under your foot and work up to your first one.
• ✅ ADJUSTS TO YOUR DOORWAY AND LOCKS IN: The width slides out to fit most standard frames and locks so it won't work loose over time. Take it down, lay it on the floor, and you've got a base for push-ups, dips, and sit-ups. (exact fit width to insert)
• 🏋️‍♀️ MADE BY PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRAIN: Core Frenzy started with a former college athlete who spent 17 years on NASCAR pit crews and was sick of skipping workouts on the road. If anything's wrong with yours, email us and we'll make it right.
